Tyler Cody (formerly known as Hayley)
I don’t quite remember how we started working together. I think it came up that Tyler could sing and was willing to help massage my lyrics into place. I don’t think I heard them until they came to the studio and started working on Gone. I was very impressed. Although we haven’t worked together since the Shadows days that may change soon…. We also DJ’d a goth night together for a while in Troy, NY called Catharsis.
Eric Busta (honorary Doctor of Percussion)
Busta had been a friend for a long time, and I knew from seeing him with End of a Year that he could play the hell out of some drums. He’s only gotten better since those days. Eric and Adam (see below) were the first folks I tried to jam with after college, and they appeared on Softly which was recorded in the early 2000s. Every time we work together he adds something special to the song. I think the highlight for me is Night Fire. I’m also very impressed with his work with Stoker.
Jason Otero
Another long-time friend and all-around creative person, I have no recollection of how we met. It seems like he’s just always been around. Jay is a talented vocalist, guitarist, and crafter (leatherwork, etc. - see https://www.etsy.com/shop/NothingWerks).

Kieran Robbins
Guitarist extraordinaire and musical mastermind behind Stoker, Inch, and Brick Windows, Kieran is valued friend and musical ally. We met through Busta in 2019, in the process of recording the Stoker album. I love his contributions to my brother’s Blooming Shroud project. Favorite contribution: What Remains (Band Version)
Charlotte Legg
Charlotte was the first person I met at college back in (yikes) 1994. We’ve been friends ever since but unfortunately haven’t worked together much. Hear her on Atmos, a very old track that was actually my first experiment with Spectrasonic’s Stylus RMX when it came out.
Chris Dimock
A friend of a friend, I met Chris through his wife Angela for a photoshoot during my brief stint with Doomsday Virus. Mastermind of Streak, Chris really brought it with his lyrics and vocals on Ashes. Favorite: Atonement
James Leshkevich
Another friend of a friend, I was mixing James’ backing vocals on Inch 11 before we met. A hugely talented good dude, he led the charge of The Spirit of Violence, and is currently holding down the low-end in Brick Windows. I appreciate his songwriting/production advice. After laying down some excellent backing vocals on some Ashes tracks, he’s out front on Reflections.
